dCorps Hub
DevCo Testnet Foundation Audit Mainnet Adoption

Foundation

Stewardship Role

The dCorps Foundation is the planned nonprofit steward that would carry the mission, fund public goods, and coordinate ecosystem work (design intention). Authority remains with on-chain governance and is shown as time-ordered, tamper-evident state; the foundation executes what governance approves. Status is testnet; no claims beyond current capability.

Neutrality Stewardship

Guards protocol neutrality and long-term alignment with the mission.

Public Goods Funding

Funds development, audits, and ecosystem public-goods work under governance.

Ecosystem Coordination

Coordinates partners and working groups under defined governance scope.

Off-Chain Execution

Executes approved off-chain actions such as grants, contracts, and reports.

Scope Boundaries

The Hub is infrastructure, not a bank, broker, exchange, or custodial service. Legal recognition and compliance remain external and are handled through optional adapters. Operations are stablecoin-native; the dCorps Hub does not provide fiat rails or custody. The kernel is the minimum shared rule set; adapters are optional overlays and cannot redefine it.

Infrastructure Only

The foundation supports infrastructure goals but does not grant authority.

External Recognition

Legal recognition and compliance stay external to the kernel.

Non-Custodial Posture

Entities retain control of funds; the Hub anchors authority and events.

Adapter Limits

Optional adapters add scope without changing kernel rules.

Relationship Map

The foundation coordinates with governance, DevCo, ResCo, and external partners as needed. Funding and engagement remain disclosed and non-exclusive where practical. Jurisdiction engagement does not imply recognition or approval.

On-Chain Governance

Primary authority for protocol changes and funding decisions when live.

DevCo (active)

Engineering provider funded through grants or service agreements.

ResCo (planned)

Research provider supporting adoption analysis and policy review.

Jurisdiction Partners

Engagement with jurisdictions and institutions as part of ecosystem coordination.

IP Stewardship

Protocol and brand IP transfer to the foundation before mainnet; launch is gated on completion.

Status and Formation

The foundation is planned and not incorporated. Details remain design intentions until formation is complete. Mainnet is gated on IP stewardship transferring to the foundation once formed. Policies for conflicts, audits, and reporting will be published once finalized.

Incorporation Status

Not incorporated; timing is not finalized.

Jurisdiction Evaluation

Switzerland and ADGM are current candidates under review.

Board and Charter

Charter, board, and governance policy details will publish when finalized.

Transparency Policy

Conflict and reporting policies will be published after formation.

Jurisdiction Path

Selection balances credibility, governance needs, and operational overhead. Switzerland and ADGM are the leading candidates today. The final selection will be disclosed publicly once confirmed.

Switzerland

Known for foundation credibility and clear supervisory expectations.

ADGM

Modern foundation framework with remote-friendly setup and lower overhead.

Decision Criteria

Selection weighs credibility, governance needs, overhead, and transparency.

Manifesto

"My goal is simple: make it possible for anyone, anywhere, to form an entity that can operate with credibility, continuity, and real financial rails, built for stablecoin-native operations."
